Lisa Forwell

Lisa has been studying Ayurveda since 2018. She is a certified Ayurvedic Practitioner from Kerala Ayurveda and is currently studying to become an Ayurvedic Doctor in 2025. Lisa has been training with  from Boston Ayurveda Inc., Kerala Ayurveda Academy and the Chopra Centre. Lisa is a dynamic entrepreneur and mechanical engineer with an MBA, bringing over 20 years of experience in owning, running, and selling companies in the construction and building materials industries. As the former CEO of Forwell Ltd., a successful fourth-generation construction materials company, she led the company to a successful sale before focusing on Quikrete Ontario, a packaged concrete company. Lisa has extensive experience in industrial construction, sales, and land development, and has served on numerous boards, including Linamar Corporation and the Trillium Hospital Foundation. She now mentors individuals and advises businesses, leveraging her vast expertise as a business leader, entrepreneur, and investor.
